Ci Breeze

This is the newest version of our Breeze model homes, and was design and build for our representative, CI Homes On Christmas Island, North Wetern Australia. This was the first Residential home to be approved for building on the island in seven years. The client wanted a home that they could lease out to families and so requested a three bedroom home. Subsequently Bale Maker designed the home, based on the Sulawesi breeze model as the design footprint and incorporating a third bedroom.

and effortless the design feels flowing from one room to the next.
The house includes large vaulted ceilings with woven rattan underlay, a designer kitchen, two bathrooms (one master) for which Bale Maker also provided all of the stone tile work for. The open living room opens up with large patio sliders onto a very expansive covered decks with magnificent views to the Indian Ocean.
